Although they were more trendy in SS16, I refuse to believe that palazzo trousers are dead (you'll find that their cropped cousins, the culotte, are taking centre stage of SS17). Thus, when I found myself stuck with what to wear on a surprisingly hot summers day in London, I pulled out these classic cut trousers- power to the palazzo's! As it was hitting highs of 28 degrees or so, I wanted something which wouldn't cling to my skin, and the light and airy fabric of these trousers were perfect. As much as I wanted a crop top, I was in the growing out stages (one of the WORST times, you feel me ladies?) so I decided a t-shirt was the best way forward. I went for the oversized white t-shirt which again was floaty, allowing for some air. I liked how the stripes of the tiger were brought out by the orange palazzo trousers, which are somewhat reminiscent of tigers stripes themselves, so I felt the two complemented one another. I finished off by tying a knot in the t-shirt to make it cropped, wearing white trainers, and adding some statement earrings which again had tigers on them, to instantly checkbox one of the easiest SS17 trends to wear.
